Beginning with defining the scope of your project, we meticulousley scour your project to identify critical operations and milestones to make sure that key contractors are fully committed to the project needs.
Once planning is complete, we can send out RFP’s for contractor selection and scheduling.
When bids are received, we can select our team from our carefully curated contractor network.
Once the project commences, we keep a close eye on procurement, scheduling and contractor performance. Additionally, we keep a very critical eye on the quality of the trade’s workmanship. We only accept the best contractors.
Our contractors are instructed to leave the job site in a clean and orderly condition at the end of EVERY DAY.
Our project managers will make sure you are in love with everything we’ve done. If we find discrepancies, we will get it resolved quickly and properly.
We think our on-going relationship is very important. That’s why we follow up with you to make sure that the affair we started continues through the years.
