Our vision, methodologies and standards are crafted from the very top of our organization. that means our co-founders. Through years of development of our own careers, Dirk and Nate met while working at a high-level home construction company. After a time, they realized they were like-minded and needed to set out on their own. And because their skill-sets are not duplication, but rather synergistic, their partnership was a natural fit.
